Simply plummetted from happy client (since May) to ANGRY & ASHAMED! Incredible! WITH NO notice, my VersaCheck application ended — at an unusual period furthermore — after a couple of years and approximately 7 weeks? And around 25 checking balances later (I'm a legal helper for an Probate lawyer)— and that I am "locked-out" ADDITIONALLY I used the majority of nowadays — since 8 am (Colorado Period) on "maintain" looking for out why/just how to "repair it" (I'm actually prepared to buy update) — but neither Revenue or Customer Support acquired. Additionally, no reaction to my email towards the Customer Support Representative who, in November, insisted email was the easiest way to speak together. AND, then 2 customer support get, the main one to whom I delivered the e-mail required around After I questioned why no notice and what's happening/I needed aid, she insinuated that I'd overlooked VersaCheck updates. After I responded I'dnot obtained any SHE JUST HUNG ON ME — @ 6:45 pm after my being on-hold at my house for fifteen minutes (after being on-hold all of the trip to work). She stated that it's OUR problem — I've requested her to create only one discover — I've not obtained ANY (this, after experiencing gValidate that we have now started to think is just a FRAUD — provided VersaCheck Customer Supportis INCREDIBLE arrogant attitude!
