Inability to communicate to customers

I visited the Marco Island department of Wells Fargo and settled financing off having a woman which was extremely useful. 24 hours later I observed online that Wells Fargo had obtained what might have been my regular planned mortgage cost out-of my bank account. I visited the department once more, to tell them I needed the cost acknowledged to my consideration because it have been settled entirely. Since the woman I'd handled was with another client, I told another worker, Laura Reynolds my problem. Following a really prolonged, condenscending, defensive talk from Laura Reynolds and an offer to work well with the woman in the prior evening, I happily accepted. I actually do business within this department many times per week and standing in-line have noticed Laura Reynolds speaking with clients about the telephone as though these were kids and after holding up, fully whining to additional workers about them. As she handed me down towards the unique girl who assisted me, she stated, "I can not use this lady, she is rude." I suppose I've become among the several clients she dislikes and mentioned after my travel. Why Wells Fargo retains her onboard may stay a secret in my experience. She cannot probably be a for their company.
