After years of being a loyal paying customer of Advanta & putting my trust in them to be there when I needed them the only reward I received was an interest rate of 34.99% & not being able to use my small business card to improve my business. It was frozen several yrs ago form Advanta's end due to their problems. My payments have been paid on time for years & in excess. After several attempts to resolve the issue over the phone I keep getting the same excuse that comes down to the fact that I am helping to pay for Advanta's bad judgement & business tactic's for a promise that they were not able to keep on their end. I have kept my promise to pay & still am paying for a card that I no longer can use but was depending upon to expand my business. Even after this all blew up I requested a smaller interset rate & was shunned. Perhaps I should do the same to Advanta & see what happens to me. I bet I would get the short end of the stick.
