I was charged $2500 by John Kinney to build credit for my business with a legal CPN in April. He hasn't perfomed the services promised and has not returned the money. Its is now December and I tried many times to contact him. He doesn't return calls or emails. He promises 45-60 days to get your money back, but no luck. It has been about 6 months for me. Don't give this business your money, because you will get scammed like I did.
He uses the websites www.nytradelines.com and www.nycprimarytradelines to get customers. He is scamming the "stop foreclosure business" under the name of Malachi Information Now Inc. He also uses the name Gary Owens to have money tranferred to him by Chase Bank. He uses the information from legalcpn.
