Whoever this is will send you and approved visa card and ask you to provide a checking account for processing fee

Flex Card will offer you and "approved" credit card, and all you have to do is provide your checking account number or another credit or debit card number to take out the fee, and then you have the fee taken out, but you never receive your card, and the number they ask you to call if any questions is amazingly disconnected!
