On 12/23 I obtained a telephone call from "Samantha Gilmore" declaring that she'd a imminent "scam situation" against me in Henrico County. After I delivered the phone call I really could not achieve her-but got a guy from the title of "Brian Baxter" (ext 115) who stated I defaulted on the mortgage with Nationwide paydayloans last year. Used to do not need financing with Nationwide Payday but did have one with another organization also it was settled entirely. Additionally on 12/23 a guy turned up at my previous job buying co worker of mine. He didn't provide qualifications but informed her he was searching for me and another former co worker on check fraud costs. He didn't provide his title simply this 1 800 552 7945 telephone number along with a "situation #".in my discussion with Mr. Baxter I told him that I'd documented Nationwide Payday of a year-ago towards the AG's workplace in Va as well as had voiced having a repetition.
