I have read some earlier reports about this company. I have a couple different numbers from out of New York State. The mo and company name are the same. They called on 12/19 saying i owed 300.00 for a payday loan I did not receive. Stating that he was the only one i could talk to to resolve this. If not I would be prosecuted, my employer would be notified, and it would cost me over 10,000.00 to dispute it in court. Out of better judgement i payed 200.00 that I was told was a "settlement". Today on 12/21 i received a phone call from Bank of America wanting to check some flaged charges. Someone attempted to purchase shoes in New Dehli. They wanted to ask about the 200.00 charge as well I informed them of the situation. They advised me to change cards and open a new account. I have.
The two numbers out of New York State are (these locales are based off an area code search) 914-612-7261 and 518-557-7342. The later was the call from monday that showed Broadway Global as the company who withdrew the 200.00. I received the second call today about more so called charges. Not this time.
