Rip off strong arming the consumers

No matter what I pay them, no matter what date I send them the payment they still tack on late fees. Their answer is: Due dates vary month to month and that's the way it is. IS THIS CRAZY OR WHAT! My balance doesn't go down. I want to join a law suit against this company. They are strong arming the consumers or else they will ruin your credit.
