They took $100 as tax filing charges and they claimed i will get refund of $400 from state. I got letter from PA state that they won't consider my case for tax forgiveness and i'm not eligible for any refund.
I unnecessary paid them $100, sent them repetative emails with no response from them.
I'm sure if you are stuck up with TAX AUDIT they would never come up and you will never be able to reach them.
Lesson learned... Its always better to file taxes thru some local agencies which are reachable.
