You can also pay by Western Union quick collect. It costs around $12.00. Go to any Western Union office or any retailer that offers Western Union services, usually check cashing places or supermarkets, and follow these instructions:

WHAT DO I DO NEXT? - Figure out the amount that you need to send by analyzing the referral fee schedule on page 1. For instance, if you need between $ 100.00 and $ 2,500.00, the regular fee that is due is $ 150.00. If you send it to us before the early bird date on page 1, then you only have to send the EARLY BIRD amount, or $ 75.00. If paying by mail, please send a completed copy of this form and payment to the address on top of page 1. Star Credit Services accepts Visa, Mastercard, Western Union, money orders, and certified checks. Personal checks are also accepted but delay the process by 15 days. Payment instructions are on page 2 of this email (form 1400).
If you send us your letter and fee and it is postmarked by the early bird date, you only need to send the early bird fee for the amount you are requesting. If it is after the early bird date, then we need the regular fee.

In the end, this company just gives you the names of companies that offer loans, that everyone in this world already knows offers loans, but it all depends on your credit history. I was a fool to fall for this scam, and I should have known better.
