Very unfair service

I requested the test and received it on November 2. I had been billed on November 15th $127. I named the organization and ended and needed my reimbursement. They explained the test was 2 weeks from ship day. Which was not what I registered for I mentioned. I told them I had been calling the Greater Business Office. They changed my phone to some boss who requested me that which was incorrect. I informed her, she desired to provide me a $67 credit and that I stated that was undesirable. I had been calling the BBB and he or she asked me to put on on and returned and stated they'd return the whole quantity. Do not purchase from their store!
