This company claims to be number one commercial lender in the nation, and lists billions of dollars in loans. They issued a Commitment Letter to me after receiving $27,500. Then started "underwriting" and demanded an additional $175,000, which Calvin Blake, President of the company, reduced to $75,000. When I refused to pay, my loan was denied. Then I visited Calvin Blake in Houston, Texas. He appeared to rent a room in suite 900 of this beautiful high-rise building with a receptionist who answers for many companies. Calvin could not give me name of any business or attorney who closed a loan with them. This is an upfront fee scam. Beware of them.
