Delray Credit Counseling
Would not return our deposit money after our cards were paid off!

We signed up for Delray credit counseling services two years ago. They said our first payment was a deposit ($880) and also said we would receive it back once we completed the program. Two years into the program we had enough money saved to payoff the balances left on the credit cards that were in the program. I paid each card off and then called delray to let them know. They told me that I would not get our deposit back because we didn't complete the program. They said it was in the contract. What a rip off!
