Home Step Solution promises your mortgage loan modification and take all of your personal info. They will call you saying "You are approved" for a modification, however, even a month later, they never follow up with no legal document or anything. I left about 7 emails and 6 voice message to the company and even now they never return my call or email. Do not trust this company. Now my personal info is floating some where.
Bad practice and bad communication. People are rude.
