Took my $30.00 for credit reports had 7 days to cancel was in intensive care when i got out called they already took $30.00

Went on the site scoresense.com said free credit report did not get any credit reports was put in hospital in intensive care for 4 days when i got out called to cancelled and found out they took $30.00 out of my account called customer service they refunded me $1.00 i want my $29.00 back made several tries to call them on phone wait time was over 30 minutes said very high value tried emaill the bank was no help i want my $29.00 back federal reserve rules part of regulation e. Do not go on their website rip off
