These people have repedetly sent us letters, called us at work, and told us that they were going to call the authorities on us, for fraud. The reason is because I opened a "capital ONe" credit card in my daughters name, but I cosigned. So they told us we commited fraud, cursed at us, and called us at work. Which we both were reprimaned for. We are filing for bankruptcy, we gave them our lawyers number and they told our lawyer, they will NOT stop calling or harassing us.
