MONICA SMITH - I engaged this company first to assist with an SCN for which I had to continously call for that number. I final got it and had to pull it myself to verify it was legit. I later was contacted via email in August for services (credit card and tradelines). After I made 2 payments, I never received a response from Monica Smith - my point of contact with this company. She will not return calls or emails. I left a final phone message and send an email today requesting a refund or I will turn all information over to the authorities and notify Bank of America this company is running a fraudlent service. If anyone can assist me, please respond.
