I placed an order for the PetZoom Professional Pet Grooming on a Sunday over the internet.By Monday, the money had already been taken out and fully processed.By Thursday, I still had not gotten a shipping confirmation so I went to their website to check the status. I entered my order confirmation number along with my last name for submission. The website said that there was no such order and to try again in 24 hours. I did the same thing the next day and got the same response. I called their 800 number and a representative also checked and informed me that there was no such order in their system. He then told me that I had to fax my order number and a copy of my bank statement with that transaction to a "Monica". By the following Wednesday I still had not heard from Monica so I called again. The representative who I spoke with told me Monica was on the phone. I told him I would wait until Monica got off the line, but said that wouldn't be possible, however Monica needed the entire Credit Card number since she couldn't locate my order (even though she had received my fax). He then said that Monica would call me back. I still have not received a call from Monica nor have I received my item. I have already contacted my bank to reverse the charges. This is a company that should be avoided!
