I had to settle with the IRS myself because they never would respond to the irs. They refuse to return all my receipts from the years 2008. They take your money and leave out in the cold. We settle taxes only hires people off the sDon't use them treet. It costs me $6000 to do nothing. I would call and they would take weeks to call me back.
