Can you spell S-C-A-M?

I have counted a total of 68 horrible reviews about sidell on citysearch.com, usacomplaints.com, and scamreport.com. You need to look at these. 1 or 2 complaints maybe unfortunate disgruntled clients. But doesnt 68 complaints border on white collar criminal activity?

The better business bureau (508) 682-4800 gives sidell an F rating. The attorney general's office (617) 727-8400 and board of bar overseers (617) 728-8700 are investigating him. Check it out for yourselves.

Wheres any proof that he obtained all these PERMANENT modification agreements?

I found out that it is absolutely illegal for anyone to collect any upfront fees for mortgage modification unless to do real legal work like filing for bankruptcy or preparing a lawsuit against a lender. Also, nobody can really know bank presidents - or brag about it - just to get a good modification deal because all reviews are done by independent underwriters to prevent that sort of thing.

Stay away! Just keep searching for real help before youre deeper in the hole!
