Bill Donovan is a scam artist who has been operating under the company Main Street Financial in Fullerton and Anaheim for years... He has taken funds from myself and other victims personally known to me and has never invested them and takes them for his personal use... He must be stopped!!!
I hope his firm is unaware of this but when approaching Bill Donovan personally he becomes irate and just cuts off contact... And word has it that he is or already has moved out of the country to Germany, probably to operate a new scam over there... And to escape the ones that he has run here!
I have already reported him to FINRA, the SEC and other regulatory authorities and hopefully they will be able to build a case against this criminal... If you have been victimized by Bill Donovan please do the same so that we can put a stop to this!!
