I agree with the previous poster. I have had a similarly bad experience with Robert Cavigliano and TLC Insights, except he conned more money out of me. He is a complete fraud, but very good at it.
Believe nothing he tells you. If he tells you the sky is blue, go to the window and check. He does not lend money. All he does is take money and blow smoke. It befuddles me that people like "Cavig" are allowed to operate on Craigslist and the Internet in general.
BTW, his BBB rating is (apparently) for his security company. So, if you want a camera put in your place in Rochester, NY, he may be OK. If you want a loan, forget it!
