Big fees/Charges for tranasfering amount from Dubai to Qata

Dear friend.

There's some AED. 22,695 was transferred from Turner building Worldwide on 05-Oct-11 (Turner notice is closed) through standared chartered -Dubai, POBOX: 999 to my consideration in Industrial lender of Qatar, nevertheless, the obtained quantity was just QR. 22,118 remarkably. The various between your transferred and obtained quantity was AED 577, that will be difficult just for trade and lender charges.
