This bank is the worst I've ever dealt with (aside from Bank of America). I won't go into the excessive fees, but their internet services are constantly unavailable.
As of midnight last night, there is no update on account when automatic deposit should have been made, so that means no access to money.
It is now 2:30 P.M.in the afternoon, and the bank is still completely down. I went to the local branch and they said I could cash a courtesy check for $250, but that doesn't anyway cover the bills I need to pay today. As soon as I have access to my account, I'm switching to Uxxx. At least it's a company I can trust.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
