Hey everyone, I hope this message finds each and every one of you out there in good spirit and health. MBNA has been helpful and has treated me with respect so far, however their dispute process is taking a bit too long to resolve this dispute that I am presently in against the fraudulent, third party marketing company that's responsible for selling me John Beck's Free & Clear and John Beck's Amazing Profit's. These two programs are clearly scams by anyones definition, including Webster's, so I don't really see what's the hold up.
This company is selling a non-existent service, using fraudulent claims and under false pretences, does not deliver any of their promises, hold up their end of the agreement, live up to any of their claims, and then tries to turn the blame on the consumer, as to why their service has not yeilded any gains. I'll tell you why John Beck's Mentoring Institute has not yeilded and gains for me, it's a scam, that's why. This company will even go as far as to threaten you to try and intimidate you, which is robbery by anyones definition.
These programs are nothing but traps that are set for consumers to fall into. Please, just take the money from them, like they have taken it from me, along with God knows how many other peoples. This dispute is taking far too long, and no legitimate company would ever allow a dispute to drag out this long, especially when they are unable to furnish any legitimate counters to my dispute. This company is engaging in deceptive trade and have also commited crimes such as threatenting and attempted robbery in the process.
I am presently in a dispute battle with the fraudulent, third party marketing company and so far they continue to submit nothing but ridiculous items, in attempt to counter my dispute (extort). Items in which have absolutely nothing to do with the reason why I've disputed the charges.
Things such as contracts, receipts, etc, etc. I have not once denied enrolling into their fraudulent program. So for them to continue submitting such ridiculous items only proves that their fraudulent and non-existing mentoring is intended to trap unsuspecting victims into the dispute process, where they may be able to rob you. Mike Evans is the person whose responsible for scamming me.

If you ever get a call from this company, hang up the phone immediately. This is a scam. Stay "Free & Clear" from this company, for the only "Amazing Profits" that will come about is the one going into these crook's pockets.
