I would like my money back too. I am a single mon and really didn't have the 43$ to spare, but I thought what the heck, if I can receive my money back if i'm not satisfied. I sent the package back almost 3 months ago an still have not gotten a refund.
I have tried calling them and all you get is a automatic service with two options and only if you have an account with them you can get through. If you select option 1 the phone is disconnected. How can we fight this?
