National Audit Defense Network NADN
Ripoff fraud dishonest liars slick Las Vegas Nevada

I, too, am a victim of NADN (National Audit Defense Network) and their mall-4-all scam marketing. I honestly NEEDED and WANTED a money-making online business, and the slick salesmen convinced me that was what I would get, if I marketed it properly, as well as earning (legally) the IRS deductions afforded to business owners and those selfless people (like me) who "help" the handicapped access the internet. I even purchased their marketing program for an additional $1500 (a bargain, as it is usually $3000—do I have stupid on my forehead? YES!)

I put all these charges on my visa, along with the rest of the NADN membership program charges that now equal $10,000 on my credit card! That $10,000 is in addition to the nearly $16,000 paid on a note for each of 2 malls).

Of couse, I am supposed to "click away" the notes on these malls (except for the setup fee, that is hidden and most don't know about. Check your back home office—it is there and must be paid off unless you've paid it in CASH or SALES, not clicks). So far I have clicked away half of one mall—in 2 years. However, the interest keeps coming in, and the price goes back up. And the only clicks that count are the two "featured" merchants.

Also, did anyone else know about the $2500 Mall set-up fee that can't be clicked away? THAT must be paid by CASH or SALES through the mall, not clicks, and is in addition to the main purchase price of the mall (only about 1% of what you or your customers might buy gets credited toward that note—I've paid 6 cents on it!) I was just told of this second "set up" note on each mall by another telemarketer who is trying to sell marketing for Mall for All sites. I looked on my note. It is there under the "site balance" tab. I never even KNEW about it. I assumed the $2500 charge was what I had already paid up front!

When I purchased the second mall, I was told I was getting an upgrade to the first mall, and did it, hoping to be able to have more to market in my business. To me, this WAS a business, and I needed to work it to make money! When the paperwork came from Oryan, however, it was for a SECOND mall (new zip), not an upgrade to the first one. I tried for 3 months to get NADN/Oryan to refund the money and cancel the second mall. I did not want to market 2 malls!

Like so many others, I got only voice mail, or the "operator" who would "leave a message and have them call me back" (I kept a paper record of all the calls I made, which may help me or may not). The way I finally got them to call back was to say I was interested in purchasing another mall. They called immediately, and I blasted them. Of course the person I talked to (no name) said he would have to get back to me, because he didn't have my records, and of course he never did.

I finally took a trip to Las Vegas and went to NADN in person. I was assured that all was legal, but since "too much time" had passed, I could not get a refund for the second mall—I only had a few days where this was possible. Just a credit for other services was available (and that was onlyl because I was such a "good" customer!) I was told I was "silly" to give up $5,000 in tax credits for $3,000 I paid.

Gullible, I caved, despite my tries and misgivings (and gut instincts in the opposite) in the past, and I accepted the second mall along with a (worthless) "free" marketing plan from NADN—which I never got. Anyway, their idea of a $1500 marketing plan is a few papers that tell YOU how to market your own site. I had been promised they would create pop-ups, etc., to help me promote my sites. This, I understand, was a lie and the "sales person" who told me this has since been fired. Well, doesnt' help ME much, does it!

I might add, while I was waiting in NADN's front lobby, about 6 sales people (potential) came in for interviews, and 2 were hired in the time I waited for my turn—about an hour. Talk about overkill! They must have been making bucoe bucks to hire such a large sales staff!

Needless to say, I am now fearful not only of the scams and lost money, but of an IRS retribution for taking any of these credits! (I understand the IRS has sued to get lists of client names, as well as sued NADN for their scams.) How did someone honest who just wanted to make some extra money (and get all the deductions that were LEGAL) ever get involved with these guys? I never wanted to scam anyone. I wanted to be an honest business owner, with HONEST deductions. It looks like there are a potload of us!!!

By the way, NADN sales department have had the NERVE to call and try to sell me a THIRD mall about 5 times a week for the past 4 months—often at my place of employment! I finally told them if they didn't stop calling, I'd report them (but to who?) They did finally stop calling, but the last one "warned" me that I'd probably get audited and have to give up all deductions if I did not purchase another mall.

According to about 15 different people who called, it would look to the IRS like I was just buying deductions if I didn't continue to pay to "work" the mall. OH, they are good! Fear is a good selling tool (but thankfully, this time, I didn't bite! Mostly because I didn't have any room left on my visa!) And thankfully, I didn't let them incorporate me like they wanted to do.

I want no more to do with these guys, either. IF there is a class action suit, I'll sign on the top of the list! What an expesive, expensive lesson! The problem is, I NEEDED extra money as I have a daughter who needed a liver transplant. Can I get them for murder if she dies? They took all my funds with promises of great returns that never have (and never will) materilize! Bankruptcy is next (but even that wont' erase any back taxes that IRS may want to recoup!)

WARNING (if you still have any doubts). DON'T GO THERE!!! Help with clicks would also be appreciated, if it turns out we MUST pay the malls off. I will be awaiting the IRS lawsuit results and awaiting my own summons from the IRS for "non-allowed business" claims (even though I really DID feel that I was running a business)!
