On 06/09 I purchased a new PNY video card from Tiger Direct. I filled all my rebate paperwork into the proper place, using the criteria and hoops you must jump through to get a rebate. It was approved 07/09 by OnRebate.com. I never recieved the money, in any form. I have sent them several requests by em-mail, and have gotten nowhere. I only got a canned response saying they care, and thank yoy for contacting them. They make it extremely difficult to contact them. I just want my $30.00 now.
