I have been charged for 3 products I have not received nor know what they are

I've been billed for 3 items I've not obtained or understand what they're. ElitePack, $2.96; Ezykit, $7.01 and Bill Watson Occupation £6.47.

I bought this teethwhitening plus they have now been not able to create my containers properly. I've not been competent to lighten my teeth. We've attempted on 3 events to help make the imprints, and every time they return – they don't match our teeth.

I don't understand what these costs are for and 2 of the 3 telephone numbers are disconnected.
