I registered with Verified by Visa last year when I was making an online purchase and it was required. Today I was making an online donation and just as I thought I had successfully completed the donation, up pops Verified by Visa. No problem, I think to myself, I'm already registered with them. But then, Verified by Visa would not accept my password. Now, I carefully record all my passwords and keep them in a safe place. There is no way I have made an error on the password. But Verified by Visa is telling me that my password has to be 8 characters long. Well, sorry, but that obviously was not a requirement last year when I registered. Now what? I'm not sure whether I've made the donation or not. Strange feeling. I really don't like this company...
