Legacy visa needs to go! Several times over the past year they have failed to post payments or release clear funds. When the problem first occurred, I was told that new account payments were held for fifteen days.in January 04, Legacy failed to post a payment that had cleared my bank. When I spoke to customer service I was told to fax them the check from my bank to prove
payment. The account would be credited the next day.
Needless to say the check wasnt posted. Again, when I called the answer was that they had to research the check. EXCUSE ME! It took them several days to credit the account. Numerous times it has taken 2 weeks to credit the account. All the time interest late fees, and overlimit charges have been applied. I am still waiting for the account to be credited this month since the
payment has been cleared from my bank.
