Child... Exactly what a clutter the corporation is! To begin with, I had a need to send some files for their lender and so I could easily get my automobile authorized in another condition. I sent the paperwork on Friday and named Friend Friday to confirm if anything was delivered down towards the condition. The lady around the telephone had no idea what I had been actually referring to. She examined and confirmed nothing where my faxed was obtained. I told her that I'd a fax confirmation that it experienced effectively. Again, she got confused. I confirmed the fax number together with her. After obtaining understand where, I'd to talk to somebody who really talked and recognized LANGUAGE properly! Next disaster, I experimented with put up a merchant account on the site and so I might spend my car payments online. To my shock (sarcasm) their program was down. Named their IT area plus they couldn't inform me why it had beennot working correctly. Therefore today I'd to perform A - 15 buck cost along with my present vehicle cost due to their site foul-up. I desire that after GMAC needed to be bailed out by Congress, their clients must of had the option of what lender to get the car loan. The FRIEND organization is just a wreck. Steer clear!!!
