Another Victim of Credit

I too have been taken for granted by First Natianl Credit. I was skeptical since the day i received this approval certificate. However, because i was desperate to rebuild my credit and get a credit card I sent them 43 dollars for "Rush Delivery". It's been a month. But since reading other people's stories who have been conned by these same people i fekk i will never receive my credit card. Is there a way to get my money back or get these guys in trouble.
