Like most scammers, these crooks have many names, including: first ach, firstach.com, next day funding, nextdayfunding.com, and global payments direct.

This is a scam that is legal because you agree to it beforehand in the merchant agreement that they have you sign when you begin receiving their services.

They represent that they are a company with departments when in fact it is a handful of people in one small space. Their office is located in a run-down business complex on a dead end street in a bad side of town in Maryland.

Here is a list of their departments:
- 1 angry guy who answers when you dial customer service
- Katie something, tywana adams, and randy Harrell are the risk department (they are the ones to deliver the bad news to you that they wont be paying you any money that theyve collected from your customers oh and your account is closed because you are a risk)
- Rick gavino is the sales department
- William something is the underwriting department

Heres how the scam works:
Step 1: they get you to sign a merchant agreement before you begin which says that they dont have to actually pay you any of the money they collect from your customers when they process a sale.instead, they have the right to put that money into an account that they control, at any time, based on their discretion to do so.

If they put your money into such an account, they will hold that money in their account for 180 days. After 180 days, they have the right to keep that money as additional payment for their services.

Step 2: you process sales and ship products to your customers believing that these scammers will pay that money to you once the sale is approved

Step 3: The scammers keep your money and close your merchant account because they have deemed (without any reason to do so) that you are a risk. You will be considered a risk even though you have had the customer to sign a receipt or other document stating that the customer authorizes the charge to the customers credit card.

Step 4: If you cannot get your customer, who youve already shipped the product to, to call the scammers and tell them that the customer wanted you to charge the customers credit card, the scammers keep your money and close your merchant account. (oh, by the way, they will continue to take their fee and any other amounts they feel like, even though your account is supposedly closed)

Step 5: You wish you had listened to this post!
