This company knew I went with a credit consolidation company that was trying to work out an agreement with them on payment plans, and yet they reported me to the credit bureau as 60 days late because the credit consolidation did not pay the minimum due. All the while they knew that the credit consolidation co. Was trying to agree on payment plans!
I paid them off and they still will not try to make it right, I have called numerous times to ask if they can corect it and they say no. Where do I turn, who can I get to help fix this? I cannot get a loan now or nothing b/c of this stupidity and being unreasonable.
