False ads no chips?

I am a Facebook subscriber and my emil address is [email protected]...
I play a casino on facebook, and in order to get extra chips to play, I went via TAPJOY to apply for a credit card. DISCOVER CARD, well long store shory, I received the credit card but was told by TapJOY, ha ha... Support, that I didn't receive said Credit Card... I think they are calling me a liar, I sent them proof of said Credit Card, but no luck. Please help... This is false advertising, Thank Sandi
