Sending me cancellation warning notice to response to sending them $20 for a $ 2,297, 671.00 check with no phone number or contact person name

Capital Research Consultants sending me notice to response immediately to funds i won in the amount of $2,297, 671.00 if I send them a check fof $20.00 within ten days. There were no contact numbers or names for me to call. There is one phone number listed on the back of one of the notice but the recording is "I'm sorry the moble number has been disconnected.
