They tell you that you can't get your home back but they will get you much money over the amount that your home cost to buy. How does that work!? After a few phone calls they reel you in and then tell you the documents you need to fax over to them or email them and then they say, Now you do know this is a class action and we need a percentage of the loan amount to add you to the class action on the 1st mortgage and if you have a 2nd mortgage we will need more money for that too. We can't do anything until your documents are received and then in a few days I will call you to tell you how much your fees are that we will need prior to adding you to the suit.
The man's name is Paul Young a very well mannered man - but one who is looking for money in his pocket not ours. If it wasn't for some of you who was kind enough to inform the complaint - I would not have known it. I was trusting this guy to be up and up. Thanks to folks - I still have the thousands of dollars they wanted in the bank. Even though my house is upside down - I won't loose more money.
