Our mortgage was bought by BOA from Countrywide. My revenue was decreased nearly 70% from day of mortgage until present. I requested a remodification (presidents safety for customers right) and was informed when I captured funds up, they'd remodify the mortgage underneath the lower rate of interest, currently 5.7%. After funds swept up, they stated I created mortgage thirty days prior to the elegibility date of the remodification day.
