This company like all other reports on them have harrassed, been, rude, and have threatened me like no other. However, today took the cake. After not picking up the phone... Actually changing my number and moving on with my life paying other bills, I happened to check my credit card account today. Low and behold, there was Rosenthal, Stein and Associates name listed as someone who tried to withdraw from my account and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TOO!!!
Beyond that, I am already paying on the account that I owe, just not to them. I've asked them to cease and desist. They have gone one step too far.
