Read the other reports. Exact same thing. Said they needed $500 up front to do the loan mod, then another $3500 to get in the program, nothing, after 1 1/2 years still fighting with them. They even sent an email stating that my refund was being processed, to send them a registered letter and they would refund in 60 days... Still waiting.
Liars, scam artist. Bob O'connor says he has nothing bad to say about Trace Financial. Working with Attorney Generals Office - some day they will get what is coming to them and I am going to be the first in line to see it!
Do NOT give these people a dime - you will never see it again!
