Called my house saying he was trying to deliver a summons and he was from the sherriffs department of Mecklenburg County. Which is stupid because if that was so they do not call you they just come out for you. He was very rude over the phone telling me to shut up and I was scum. He called my moms house and started quoting her personal info like she owed them something and telling them all kinds of personal information about me.
