Unfortunately, I retained this company to assist me with a home loan madification. Home Credit Law Center (HCLC) took me fees up front and ultimately failed twice on securing a modification. I did manage to get a partial refund from Mr Linnekens however; this took alot of correspondence and personal time.
As a result I ultimately filed a complaint with the BBB in California, the California State Bar Disciplinary department and California State AG. The BBB did a great job reseacrhing numerous complaints of HCLC and has updated their rating to an F.
The State Bar has not submitted a final report and the State AG office did absolutely nothing to protect consumers.
I am now free of HCLC however, others need to be made aware of this company's claims and reputation.
