Mongocard
Withdrew $ 99.95 from my bankacct for a creditline to their onlineshop i did not aprove

At the beginning of June I applied for Paydayadvance.
Big mistake
Among others Mongocard contacted me with an offer.
The offer included according to my understanding a $400.00 directdeposit
to my Bankaccount and a $2500.00 creditline to their Online shoppingclub
for a fee of $ 99.95 to be paid in installments of $ 14.95 upon my aproval
I never did authorize or confirm the transaction
However on 06-16-11 my account was debited for $ 99.95
I would like any information you have about how to retrieve my money if there is a way
