Thomas Duck aka Tom Duck, CEO of the company made several promises to perform on contracts, however every contact made there was an excuse why work was not done. Other excuses is that he had to fire processing and hire new processing. Another excuse was that he hired a new attorney. When clients began to complain and ask for refunds, he stated, "I can not refund money until contract is expired. Then and only then I will be able to refund money if we have not performed what we say we were going to do."
