Anyone can start a so called financial services company. Would you do business with a company called Crusader Financial Services. Sounds like another well named company " Primerica Financial Services". CFS - PFS Cute Ha!
Anybody can buy insurance anywhere. Mortgages can be obtained anywhere. Make sure the company is reputable. Take a close look. Can they pack up and be gone tomorrow.
I personally got sucked into working with these guys and was promised a certain commission level.
After my loans started to close things changed in a "hurry". Of course, I should have known, they probably needed the money to pay the rent.
See who backs them if there are any descrepencies.
Dont get duped like i did... Do your homework.
