MARK VON BOEHM-if he agree's to this you agree to have a notary public in the American city of Detroit, Michigan view his credentials along with a member of the Michigan Correctional Services who will show to the notary public a picture of Chad Eugene Willis and compare them to the passport.
As well it will be arranged to have a past employee from WER or WEHR who worked with Gabriel M. Conde there to testify the person who claims to be Gabriel M. Conde is indeed that individual.
Pretty simple and then you can save the high costs of your lawyers who are no doubt seeing dollar signs in their eyes.
