This is exactly what happened to me.

The mailing says "you are already approved", "this is not a maybe", "0 interest for 12 months", but you have to look carefully to see "YOU MAY USE YOUR GOLD CARD IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT FOR ALL PURCHASES FROM CREDIT PROVIDOR".

They also ask you to send $37 for processing and delivery, but offer no insight as to what products they sell. Sounds like a "legal scam" to me!
