Company not Keen on Paying a Just Indemnity

This is a company that is not keen on paying a just indemnity, by employing an independent adjuster who made a patently very low unjust valuation of loss, so that you can't negotiate to bring it up to a decently equitable payment, except by inching on small amounts of increase and never reach the patently just indemnity, that everyone else among sincere independent adjusters knows to be a patently equitable amount.

And that is possible because in my country there are no public adjusters even though the law provides for such public adjusters to assist claimants, but the Insurance Commission insists that no one has applied for license to be a public adjuster, and they don't believe they have to do anything about this deficiency, in the way of exercising their creative intelligence so as to produce a level playing field in the adjustment game, wherefore claimants will not have to suffer the absence of equal protection from the laws.

No, I have not accepted their pittance indemnity payment, but am now asking to meet with the company's people to explain to them why the adjustment of their independent adjusters is patently unjust for being too very low, as compared to the amount insured and the degree of devastation to my home from the disaster insured against, namely, fire, storm, flooding, etc.
