I was an employee of Cimmarron Claims, as an adjuster residing in another state. Everyting was great with the company, as they paid for 1 meal a day, all of my gas, supplies, and whatever necessities I needed to perform my tasks as an adjuster. However, I noticed my pay was not the same as another company I was working for, using the same insurance company. I inquired to the insurance company I was performing the work for, about a claim I had already closed, and what the pay was. I found out that the fee schedule provided to Cimarron Claims was not the fee schedule that was provided to me. The insurance company stated that all adjusters in every company that performs work for them, are paid the same, using the same fee schedule. Scott had re-written the fee schedule, and would then do his own billing for each file, thus ripping off me and all other adjusters in the company, hundreds of dollars per each claim we closed. I closed nearly a 1000 claims within my stint as an employee, so figure out how much money he skimmed off the top of each claim that I closed, not counting 30 plus other adjusters he was doing the same to. This guy was making a "killin" on all us adjusters.
I guess he thought that by paying all the perfs and treating us to a nice dinner at Christmas, was even money.in actuality, he was using our money to pay for everything.
I confronted Scott by phone and of course he would not acknowledge anything happened, as the coward he is. I was one pissed adjuster for awhile, and I turned him in to the Oklahoma Better Business Bureau. Nothing ever came about of it.
I wish someone would put him out of business or do something where he would have to re-imburse all of us adjusters who were working for him at that time.
